Your work is fantastic John.
I can feel the mans emotion through your art.
Clinging Vine
Second Place Winner ~ John Entrekin
Many anxiety sufferers tend to cling on someone for support.
This speaks many words to those who suffer.
Great job on both pieces of art. Congratulations on winning first and second place. I can see that you are truly talented and your voters obviously have the same opinion.
Racing the Lightning Home
Second Place Winner ~ Dawn Senior-Trask
I enjoyed reading your description of this oil painting.Your work not only tells a story, but it also shows movement and that makes a wonderful painting.
A panic attack comes unexpectedly just like the storm in this painting.
It takes guts to try to beat the storm and this art piece can encourage those who suffer to face their anxieties and not be terrified of them.
Fantastic work Dawn!
Distress
by Kristen Diefenbach
Kristen, I also wanted to give you credit for your emotional pieces. I had the chance to go through each piece and many of them relate to anxiety, especially Scream, Forgive me, and Distress.
Great job!
